1. Who we are

Fast Page ("we", "us", "the service") is operated by Nikodem Stroński, Bernarda Wały 1A 31, 41-400 Mysłowice, Poland. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The service

Fast Page generates a business website from a public link you provide (for example your Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, Booksy profile or an existing website), lets you preview it for free, and — after you subscribe — hosts it, lets you edit it (directly or with AI assistance), and collects enquiries from your visitors into your dashboard and e-mail.

The website is generated automatically from the content of the link you provide and from your answers to our questions. You review the result before paying. After purchase you can request changes and edit the site yourself.

6. Your content & your website

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Fast Page to publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringes third-party rights, or promotes hate or violence; to impersonate another business; or to send spam through the enquiry system. We may unpublish a website that violates these rules, after contacting you where reasonably possible.

8. Availability & liability

9. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by e-mail. We may terminate or suspend the service for material breach of these terms. After the end of the subscription we keep your data for a limited period (see the Privacy Policy) so you can come back, then delete it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by e-mail at least 14 days in advance. If you don't agree with a change, cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. EU consumers can find information about out-of-court dispute resolution and recognised dispute resolution bodies on the European Commission's Consumer Redress website.
