1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for Fast Page is Nikodem Stroński, Bernarda Wały 1A 31, 41-400 Mysłowice, Poland. Privacy questions: [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

3. Enquiries from your website's visitors

When a visitor fills in the contact form on your generated website (name, phone/e-mail, message), that data belongs to your business: you are its controller, and we process it on your behalf as a processor — we store it, show it in your dashboard and forward it to your e-mail. We do not use visitor enquiries for any purpose of our own.

4. AI processing

To generate and edit your website we send the collected business content (texts, photos, your answers) to our AI provider, OpenAI. This data is used to produce your website and is subject to OpenAI's API data terms (API data is not used to train their models). We do not send your payment data or sign-in codes to AI providers.

5. Who else processes data for us (subprocessors)

6. How long we keep data

Retention is based on these purposes rather than an automatic deletion timetable. You can request deletion at [email protected]. We assess the request and remove data that is no longer needed, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] — we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

8. Cookies and local storage

Fast Page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser's local storage for strictly necessary things only: keeping you signed in and keeping a draft of your website edits on your device. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention — see Stripe's privacy policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will tell you by e-mail before the change takes effect.
